Development Director

Full-Time

Salary $57,200-62,920 DOE

The Development Director is responsible for leading all development activities within the Camp Fire Snohomish County organization in an effort to raise funding for all organization programs. This position will also implement and monitor a comprehensive fundraising plan, including identifying and strengthening relationships with community partners, actively pursuing and managing corporate and individual leads, foster strong donor and sponsor stewardship.

Youth Group Outreach Specialist

Full-Time

Responsible for recruiting and promoting Classic Club programs, Mega Club programs, Teens in Action, Camp, and
Community/Family Clubs. Outreach Specialist is responsible for scheduling and planning Mega Club meetings and shares responsibilities with Teens in Action. They will also schedule and recruit volunteers for community activities and
events promoting Camp Fire.

Self Reliance Program Instructor

A school-based program teaching children how to be self-reliant. Working in a classroom with K-4 grades, 5 to 20 hours a week during school day hours. Edmonds School District and Lakewood School district areas, with rapidly expanding interest for other districts.
