Camp Fire Snohomish County | Light The Fire Within

Mega Clubs

The Mega Club Program consists of multi-age youth in one Camp Fire Club. They meet in apartment complexes or other neighborhood community center. Currently we have 6 clubs in Snohomish County. These clubs have paid leaders and are in partnership with community organizations.

The goals of the program is to establish and develop Camp Fire clubs and programs for low-income, minority, and at-risk children; and to provide family strengthening activities.

The anticipated outcome of the program is that children will have positive adult role models in their life, build self-esteem, have opportunities to develop socialization skills, learn to give service to their community, do healthy activities together as a family and have fun. These experiences will reduce drug usage, gang involvement, domestic violence, and school dropout.

There are Mega Clubs throughout the county. Call 425 258 KIDS or e-mail club@campfiresnoco.org for more information about joining a Mega Club or to volunteer with the program.
